Collagen Smoothie Bowl Recipe
1 C. Coconut Milk (or milk of your choice)
1 C. Frozen or fresh berries
1 Scoop of collagen peptides- We use Vital Proteins Beef Collagen Peptides
1/4 Ripe avocado
1 C. Fresh or frozen Spinach
Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until completely smooth. Poor into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
